Hot Melt Adhesive Film Products

For stretch fabric bonded to elastic lining, TPU adhesive film is a practical first choice when the finished laminate needs to remain soft and flexible. The adhesive layer should move with the fabrics without creating an excessively stiff bond line.

PES hot melt adhesive film is an established option for structured embroidery patch backing and heat-press garment labels. It provides a dry adhesive layer that can be prepared for cutting and positioning before attachment.

For polyester-fabric-to-PU-foam lamination, compare TPU when flexibility and soft hand feel are priorities. PES may also be evaluated for more structured textile laminates. Foam surface condition and the fabric coating help determine the suitable grade.

For PP or TPO parts bonded to textile backing, start by reviewing compatible PO adhesive film grades. Polyolefin surfaces can be difficult to bond with conventional adhesive families, so the plastic formulation and surface condition are important selection factors.

For PU synthetic leather bonded to soft lining, low-temperature TPU film is a useful candidate when standard heat-press conditions risk marking or deforming the visible surface. The selection priority is to reduce heat exposure while retaining the required flexibility.
